4. Manufacturer Relationship (Imagine Pools)

Agave Pool Company, LLC is an independently owned and operated authorized dealer and installer of Imagine Pools products.

Imagine Pools manufactures fiberglass pool shells and related products. Imagine Pools is not responsible for installation, construction, permitting, site work, pricing, or services provided by Agave Pool Company, LLC.

All warranties related to pool shells or manufactured products are provided by Imagine Pools and are subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

Agave Pool Company is solely responsible for all construction, installation, and customer service related to pool projects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Agave Pool Company, LLC or its partners and suppliers.
